When ZB Developers LLC took on the Zebra Management (ZebraNJ) website, our objective was to build a clean, authoritative, and conversion-driven site tailored to New Jersey and New York property owners and investors. Zebra Management is a property management firm that handles both small landlords (2–4 family homes) and institutional portfolios (multifamily, commercial).
We laid out the site structure to reflect dual audiences: individual property owners and large-scale investors. Each visitor should instantly find the services relevant to them. Core sections include “Rentals,” “Owners,” “Tenants,” and “Resources,” with clear pathways for contacting the team.
The design is modern, straightforward, and credible. We used neutral tones, readable typography, and strong imagery of properties, interiors, and communities to reinforce trust. Critical information—service offerings, contact options, client reviews—is surfaced clearly. We included features like testimonial sections, an owner/tenant portal, and a blog/resource area to support ongoing engagement.
On the backend, we built templates for property listings, blog posts, service pages, and team bios so Zebra’s team can manage updates themselves. We integrated conversion features (“Contact Us,” “Request Management”) throughout the site, especially in headers and footers, to reduce friction in lead generation.
What this really means is that a prospective landlord or investor landing on the site knows immediately what Zebra Management offers, sees proof of reliability (reviews and portfolio listings), and can connect without hesitation. The site mirrors the firm’s values: personalized care, institutional-level insight, and seamless tenant & owner experience.
